We have been working with confidential and sensitive customer data for years. We understand that your personal information is private and will not access anything other than what is required to remove your viruses. As well, you will be able to see everything we do on your screen.

How exactly do you service my computer?

First, we install a small temporary program that allows us to control your computer. This program will be completely removed when we are finished. Once we are connected, we will install a series of temporary programs that will detect and clean all your viruses, spyware, adware and malware from your PC. These programs will also be completely removed from your computer when we are finished.

Because of the variation in connection stability and speeds, we request that you allow at least 2 hours for us to perform these tasks and not plan to use your computer during this time.
